Description
- Renfrewshire Council requires a single Contractor to supply an end-to-end service to monitor the internal environmental conditions (including Temperature, Relative Humidity and CO2 Levels) of their housing stock, through the use of Environmental Sensors, for the next 8 years. This will include providing the Council with data, reports and analysis of the collected data, and subsequent recommendations on a per property and property type basis.

However, this data may also be used to inform other related housing services. In addition, the Contractor must provide and install Environmental Sensors into the remaining housing stock within 3 years, using NB-IoT (narrow band) SIM connectivity and operate and maintain the Council’s own existing Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) for the existing Sensors. | — |
