Housing Support and Tenancy Sustainment Service

Uttlesford District Council are seeking to commission a Housing Support Service that will work towards preventing homelessness by supporting predominantly single individuals to retain their existing accommodation and to access and sustain accommodation including privately rented accommodation across the Uttlesford district. The Council is undertaking a below-threshold, single-stage open procurement process under the light-touch regime to support this commission. Contract term - Uttlesford District Council proposes to enter into a contract with the successful Tenderer for an initial term of two years. The contract will include the option to extend for up to one additional 12 month period, giving a maximum potential term of three years.
