HPI Vehicle Checks

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement to understand the market for vehicle data and vehicle history checking services to support its statutory licensing and regulatory functions. The Council is seeking information from suppliers capable of providing vehicle provenance checks, outstanding finance checks, stolen vehicle checks, insurance write-off checks, VIN verification, mileage verification and ownership history information. The engagement will help inform future procurement options, delivery models and route-to-market decisions. This is not a call for competition, tender opportunity or invitation to quote.
