Description
DAERA Forest Service are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to appoint a list of Suppliers to carry out a programme of various services across Forest Services sites in Northern Ireland – including Scrub Clearance and Re-spacing on previously planted or protected sites which now have adverse competition from woody shoots, and regenerating conifers/broadleaved trees and Invasive plant clearance on commercial forests, woodlands or other protected sites. Work will be allocated within the 3 Lots within this Framework: Lot 1 - Scrub Clearance, Re-Spacing of Commercial Forest Crops and Clearance of Invasive Plant Species – Antrim/Derry; Lot 2 – Scrub Clearance, Re-Spacing of Commercial Forest Crops and Clearance of Invasive Plant Species – Tyrone/Fermanagh; Lot 3 - Scrub Clearance, Re-Spacing of Commercial Forest Crops and Clearance of Invasive Plant Species – Armagh/Down. There are no restrictions on the number of Lots Suppliers can bid for or be awarded. Therefore, they may tender for any Lot they wish.
