Implementation of Water Monitoring Software

• Provision of the ZetaSafe water monitoring and compliance software platform.

• Supply of all required software licences for Trust use.

• Configuration and implementation of a two-way API integration with the Trust's Planon IWMS to enable:

Automatic reporting of follow-on jobs.

Synchronisation of asset and task data.

Automated email notifications for test failures, exceptions, and non-compliance.

• Automated KPI and compliance reporting.

• Allowances for:

Future system expansion to include new water assets.

Procurement of ZetaSafe asset labels.

Consultancy services as required for configuration changes, onboarding, or service extensions.
