Inclusion Key Worker 2026-28

Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide Key Workers who will deliver targeted support to identified children and young people. This support will enable them to remain in mainstream education, reintegrate into education following permanent exclusion where appropriate, and receive personalised 1:1 interventions. Through proactive, relationship based support, the contractor will work to reduce the risk of temporary exclusions escalating into permanent exclusions, ensuring that vulnerable learners receive consistent, effective, and timely assistance.
