Description
To develop and run an inclusive community cycling hub for residents, expected to benefit a wide spectrum of individuals, including:
- Disabled residents
- Children and adults with special educational needs (SEN)
- Recipients of adult social care
- Rehabilitation patients
- Elderly residents
- Individuals living with Alzheimer's
- People needing cardiac fitness support
