Description
The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to procure a specialist equalities training provider having the relevant knowledge, expertise and experience to co-design and deliver bespoke Inclusive Recruitment workshops for managers. The workshops will be a requirement for hiring managers prior to undertaking recruitment (Local Government and Teaching).

Training Providers must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering face-to-face inclusive recruitment in person workshops, unconscious bias, or diversity leadership workshops. Key Requirements -Design: Collaborative co-design witThis PIN is for market engagement. Key Requirements -Design: Collaborative co-design with the Council's Human Resources (HR) team to align with relevant Council policies, procedure and culture. -Volume: Approx. 20–25 full-day workshops a year (up to 4 years) -Delivery: Delivery is In-person; with approximately 6 online sessions per year to account for accessibility. (max 250 words) Participation or non-participation in this preliminary market consultation will not confer any advantage or disadvantage on any supplier in any subsequent competitive tendering exercise. Responses will be handled in strict confidence. This PIN does not constitute a commitment to tender or a guarantee that a contract will be awarded.
