Description
For the RIS3 Efficiency Review, ORR's financial recommendations were informed by a combination of detailed scrutiny of the evidence supporting cost estimates, benchmarking analysis, capability reviews and expert judgement. This project seeks to build on that approach by further strengthening ORR's methodology and evidence base for future Efficiency Reviews.
