Description

The LEIA programme is commissioning an eight-year impact evaluation to assess its achievements and effectiveness to date. It will also explore LEIA’s role in

facilitating the growth of the off-grid appliance sector in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

We want to understand how LEIA’s delivery model has worked in practice. That includes how partnerships, coordination and collaboration across different workstreams have helped increase its impact.
