KRFT – Main Entrance Development Programme

Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust (KRFT) is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to inform the future procurement of a Main Entrance Development Programme at Kingston Hospital.

KRFT is seeking market feedback in relation to the delivery of a civic main entrance, circulation space, retail offer and office accommodation. The Trust is particularly interested in understanding potential commercial, funding and delivery models capable of supporting a third-party funded, off-balance-sheet solution.

Interested organisations are invited to complete and return the accompanying Market Engagement Questionnaire. Responses will be used to help inform KRFT's future procurement strategy, commercial approach and business case development.
