Description
pumped passive Mine Water Treatment Scheme (MWTS) at the site in Langton to protect and enhance the environment through the control and management of coal mine water and to mitigate the deterioration of water quality and ground water resources.
We have completed a compliant Early Contractor Involvement (2 Stage) procurement by conducting mini competition through the Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework Lot 2 Midlands - Water Supply & Waste Water in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15).
2-stage procurement approach via the X22 - Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) mechanism through a NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract. Stage 1 is the pre-construction ECI phase, with development of the scope, detailed design and agreement on price for construction.
