LCRCA Consultancy Agreement - Water & Filtration

The purpose of this commission is for the Contractor to undertake a feasibility study and cost analysis including anticipated return on investment providing a detailed report focusing on:

• The reuse of tunnel sump water for tunnel wall washing.
• The reuse of building roof and waste water for flushing building toilets and use in sinks and showers.

The Contractor shall undertake the feasibility study following RIBA stages:

• RIBA stage 0 - Strategic Definition.
• RIBA stage 1 - Preparation and Briefing.
• RIBA stage 2 - Concept Design.

The feasibility study shall consider the reuse and filtration of sump water to current safe water quality standards considering the production requirements of the tunnel washing operations
