LCRCA Strategic Investment Fund Evaluations

The Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) supports interventions across a broad range of policy areas including business development, research and development, innovation, skills, infrastructure, and housing interventions. This supports the LCR's economic growth ambitions, as set out in the LCR Growth Plan and Investment Strategy. Since government funding tended to be allocated to distinct programmes with different themes and at different times, SIF has acted as a platform to assemble, invest and manage these distinct programmes. Since its formation, SIF has made significant investments in over 57 projects that address the LCR's strategic priorities.

LCRCA is looking to appoint an individual or consultancy to manage and deliver the following evaluations:

Lot 1: Interim evaluation of the LYVA Labs project (phases 1 and 2) that received SIF investment.

Lot 2: Interim evaluation of the Flexible Growth Fund project that received SIF investment.

Lot 3: Final evaluation of the Baltic Ventures Tech Accelerator project that received SIF investment.
