LEARNING DISABILITIES, AUTISM, MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST CARE AND SUPPORT AT HOME FRAMEWORK

The Specialist Care and Support Framework is committed to a progressive approach that will embed outcomes focus throughout the duration of this contract. This means moving away from the traditional 'time and task' model of care towards a model that is person-centred, flexible, and empowering.
