Leeds Building Services - Active Leeds Electrical Testing

Leeds Building Services (LBS) are responsible for testing Leeds City Council assets for Electrical safety and for continued use as the in-house service provider for Leeds City Council.  LBS have a requirement for a subcontractor to provide testing for 10 Active Leeds sites.

This work can only be carried out at night Monday to Thursday (4 shifts). The hours of work will be a maximum of 1 hour before the centre closes and 1 hour after it reopens the following morning.

The sub-contractor shall be a member of a Competent Person scheme ie NICEIC or NAPIT. Test equipment calibrations certificates to be shared with LBS. Electricians will be time served NVQ Level 3/AM2. Qualifications of engineers on site must be shared with LBS and updated if there are any staff changes before they start work.
