Description
The Scottish Library and Information Council is seeking to put in place a contract to provide a national solution for eNewspapers and eMagazines, bringing all 32 library authorities onto one managed contract. Providing a full and comprehensive package for eNewspaper and eMagazine library services.
The goal is to award for an initial two year contract for the beginning of April 2027 with the option to extend for two further one year contracts.
