Description
The City of London has a contract to provide:
- a managed service which has compatibility with Bibliotheca RFIDs and e-resources (Overdrive and Bolinda) and the ability to store and organise non book holdings through a central desktop
- management report templates and custom reporting
- OPAC/Web User Access
- Cataloguing/City of London oversight/control
- Acquisitions support, including EDI invoicing
- Ongoing support and maintenance and training
