The contract relates to the provision of market data, information and research, a trading platform and other associated products and services, such as Market News, financial security data, analytics, and historical data.

The contract includes provision for an optional extension period of up to four years, subject to defined break clauses. The Bank of England intends to exercise this option in accordance with the contractual terms.
