MBC-1650 DIGITAL POST ROOM

The Council wished to invite further competition responses for the supply of services in respect of the provision of Hybrid Mail Services for ALL outgoing mail (bulk and ad hoc) which must be fit for purpose for use Council wide and not limited to one service.

The service priorities of this contract are to support the secure and compliant production, printing, and physical dispatch of a range of outbound documents generated by multiple IT systems and provided to the Supplier in a variety of digital formats. This service is vital in ensuring legal, regulatory and policy compliant communications with residents, businesses, partners, and other stakeholders.
