MBC Archbishops Palace Works

Maidstone Borough Council is looking to undertake a refurbishment project of the Grade 1 listed Archbishops Palace, surrounding grounds, and dungeon building. The site is to be used as a high-quality wedding venue, and will be let to an experienced wedding operator.

This tender includes two tranches of work to bid for, including:

Tranche 1 – Refurbishment of Archbishops Palace main building and surrounding grounds.

Tranche 2 – Refurbishment of the dungeon building within the grounds.

The council intends to award both of these tranches of work to a single contractor.
