Meet the Buyer / Market Engagement Event for Residential and Nursing Care Home Partnership Framework in Herefordshire

Herefordshire Council will be running a Market Engagement event for all businesses interested in delivering Care Home (Adult Residential and Nursing) services in Herefordshire.

Dates of the engagement:

1. In person Engagement events

The in-person engagement event will take place on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at

• 12.00pm - 2.00pm - Older People care homes only
• 2.30pm - 4.30pm - Learning Disability care homes only

Both in person events will take place at Hereford Town Hall, First Floor - Council Chamber, 10 St Owen Street Hereford HR1 2PJ

Due to the room size please limit your attendance to 2 representatives from your organisation.

1. Online Engagement events

If you are interested in attending however unable to attend the in-person event on 7th, we will be running the same event virtually on 10th July 2026 using MS Teams: -

• 12.30pm - 2.30pm - Older People care homes only
• 3.00pm - 5.00pm - Learning Disability care homes only

Each event will cover the following topics: information of where to find council opportunities, how to successfully bid for them and specific information about this project along with opportunities to ask questions and network.

ALL SUPPLIERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND WOULD NEED TO EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST by 17:00 on Friday 03 July 2026.
