Mobile Data Terminal Software

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority are publishing this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice on behalf of ourselves, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service to notify suppliers of our intentions to update and re-tender the current Mobile Data Terminal Software contract. Details of the new contract will be contained in the tender documentation, with the tender advertised in August 2026 following the engagement event.

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are looking to put a contract in place for a 3 year period with the option to extend by 48 months at 24-month intervals.
