NAB - Gas & Heating System Installs

Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises Limited (NABCEL) is the commercial trading arm of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC). NABCEL delivers a range of services including gas and electrical works across the Council’s housing stock of approximately 5,500 properties.

This Specification sets out the requirements for a Contractor to provide gas heating system installation and replacement works as a sub-contractor to NABCEL. The successful Contractor will work under the direction of NABCEL’s Gas & Electrical Manager and Operations team to deliver both programmed and ad-hoc heating system replacements to a high standard, on time and in a customer-focused manner.
