Provision of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering services to support the Scottish Government's Vessel Replacement Project, including procurement support, technical evaluation, design assurance, build oversight, specialist site supervision personnel, factory and vessel trials, and acceptance activities for a new Marine Protection Vessel (MPV) and Marine Research Vessel (MRV).
