NCC1917 Blyth civic Centre Construction

Two stage design and build procurement for the repurposing of the vacant existing civic centre to an alternative education provision designed to accommodate up to 40 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs together with a 40-place post 16 provision for skills-based learning. Includes external works for each provision.

Stage 1 - PCSA has been awarded and will progress to stage 2 if a price can be agreed.

Total value of the contract is £4,750,000
