The Association of North East Councils Limited, trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO), has awarded a sole‑supplier, single‑lot Framework (NEPO507 - Travel

Management Services ). The Framework provides Contracting Authorities across the United Kingdom with access to a managed Solution, covering the full range of travel and accommodation requirements. This includes an integrated online booking platform, dedicated offline support for complex or urgent arrangements, embedded travel policy controls, and detailed Management Information reporting to support oversight and compliance. NEPO has established the overarching contractual

terms and conditions governing use of the Framework, with Contracting Authorities accessing the services through direct award call‑off contracts.
