Description

Nexus are looking for a design and build contract to undertake the improvement of existing facilities at South Gosforth Control Centre for staff to create a fit for purpose working environment.

The aim of the project is to improve the existing facilities at South Gosforth Control Centre for staff to create a fit for purpose working environment. The building was constructed in 1980 and has undergone limited refurbishment in 2014 and 2021/22. There is a requirement for a more flexible working environment and improved welfare facilities from users to align with Nexus Places principles.
