NHS Login Run and Maintain 2

NHS login is a live service with 120+ 'partners' using its capability. It provides registration, authentication, and ID verification capability at different levels of transaction need, allowing citizens to gain access to digital healthcare applications, including NHS App, eRedbook and eConsult.

This requirement is to ensure that the Buyer, through its Run and Maintain DevOps team, can deliver an effective and efficient operation of its NHS login live service. This includes both day-to-day operations, incident management in line with the Buyer's processes and procedures, and ongoing maintenance to ensure that the Buyer's NHS login service operates within agreed service level agreements e.g. 24x7x365 user availability.
