Description

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), on behalf of all NHS Scotland Health Boards, intends to establish national Framework Agreement for the provision of construction and property consultancy services.

The proposed framework will provide a consolidated route to market for consultancy services supporting construction, property and estates projects across NHS Scotland including design, technical advisory and specialist consultancy services.

The framework will complement and support the development of a national contractor framework and will rationalise a number of existing consultancy routes currently used across NHS Scotland.

The framework will be available to NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Boards and associated public sector organisations and will support delivery across a wide range of estates environments.
