Description
The GDC invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit tenders for the provision of comprehensive office maintenance services at its premises. The objective of this contract is to ensure that office facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, professional, and efficient condition to support business operations.
The successful provider will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair services across office premises, including:
- General building maintenance and repairs.
- Electrical maintenance and minor electrical works.
- Plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance.
- Health and safety compliance inspections and corrective actions.
- Emergency call-out services for urgent maintenance issues.
- Routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
All services will be delivered in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation, statutory requirements, and industry best practices, with minimal disruption to business operations.
