Description
Scottish Enterprise own several commercial sites ranging from tenanted business premises through multi-building sites, to development (land) sites.
All of these sites require landscaping maintenance, and a service is required to assess the specifications, delivery of services, together with planning and assurance of the ongoing approach to maximise safety to staff, tenants and wider public as well as biodiversity, to ensure effective management of the land.

The purpose of the contract is to appoint a professional consultant to provide independent management, supervision and review of landscaping maintenance services across the estate. The consultant will liaise with appointed maintenance contractors and the managing agent and undertake regular inspections and reporting. It is envisaged that the contract will start in September 2026 for a period of 36 months.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. | £175,000 |
