Parking Enforcement and Management Systems

Plymouth City Council must have a fully integrated parking enforcement and management systems in place to efficiently meet its statutory duties under Traffic Management Act 2004, Bus Lane Contraventions Regulations, Moving Traffic Enforcement Regulations, and associated debt-recovery and tribunal processes.

This is Phase 2

In the second phase Delt will provide the following:

• Options Paper (if required)
• Selection of suppliers
• Full competitive tender process
• High Level Solution Design
• Cyber assessment
• Production of a delivery plan
