Description
Passenger automatic ticket gates (ATGs) support and maintenance of all ATGs installed on GA Trains Limited's (GATL) network and operated by GATL. The scope of services within the contract includes but is not limited to:
- Service Centre;
- Field Service;
- Back Office Service;
- ITSO Services;
- Base Data Management Service; and
- Business Intelligence Reporting.
