Passive Fire and Compartmentalisation Contract 2026-2028 (ext.2030)

Together Housing Association Limited has awarded the Passive Fire and Compartmentalisation Contract 2026-2029 (ext 2030) via Framework call off of The Efficiency North (EN: Procure) Installation, Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance Framework Ref 2024/S 000-033141 Lot 22, for the provision of passive fire and compartmentalisation protection works comprising:

• Survey, supply, installation and certification of fire door sets.
• Supply of fire doors for installation by Together Housing's internal Fire Joinery Team.
• Fire door repairs and refurbishment.
• Compartmentation remediation works identified through Fire Risk

Assessments.

• Associated certification and compliance activities.

The requirement supports the 2026/27 planned Fire Door Replacement Programme together with reactive and remedial passive fireworks across Together Housing's stock.
