Payroll service for the British Embassy Budapest

The objective of the procurement is to retender a Payroll service provider that is expected to deliver value for money, to comply with all contractual obligations and national laws, and to offer high quality of services. The main features of services required:

• calculation of staff and casual workers' salaries, bonuses;
• calculation of third party contributions;
• reporting;
• payslips;
• management of salary related issues;
• preparing leaving papers for departing staff;
• payroll administration with the authority including, but not restricted to, registration of new staff, monthly declarations, and deregistration of staff leaving employment, etc.

Contract duration is 2 years with option to extend for additional 2 years (subject to yearly review).
