Description
Northumbria Police are seeking the provision of Pension Administration Services.
Services included and not limited to:
- Core administration team for BAU activity
- Wider expert advice and guidance provided relating to policing pension matters
- Dedicated phone line and client relationship manager
- Delivery of annual exercises such as benefits statements, valuation, HMRC reports
- Pensions payroll team
- Continuous improvement services
