PEP and Attendance Monitoring

The Isle of Wight Virtual School seeks to procure a digital solution to manage Personal Education Plans (PEPs) for the children we care for and monitor school attendance for all children open to a social worker effectively. The tool must support statutory, and non-statutory, requirements, improve data accuracy, and enhance collaboration between stakeholders.

The system must:

• Provide a secure, user-friendly platform for creating, updating, and storing PEPs.
• Enable real-time attendance monitoring for children in care and children with a social worker ever6
• Facilitate reporting and compliance with Department for Education (DfE) statutory and non-statutory duties
• Improve communication between schools, social care staff, and the Virtual School team.
