Description
Proposal to demolish two blocks of flats along with land reinstatement works and the replacement of an existing retaining wall.
The 2 storey buildings are made up of rendered cavity concrete blockwork external walls with a timber truss roof construction finished with asbestos cement slates. The buildings are located within Lerwick town centre and lie within the Lerwick Lanes Conservation Area.
