Play Area Replacement of Arlott Drive and Cranesfield 2025-2026

Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council ("the Council") is seeking the design, supply and installation of 2 children's play facilities at the following sites within the borough of Basingstoke and Deane:

A) Arlott Drive, Norden - This site is currently owned by Vivid Housing Association; however, the Council holds legal responsibility for maintaining the play area and has obtained agreement from Vivid to transfer ownership to the Council.

B) Cranesfield, Sherborne St John & Rooksdown - This site is not currently owned by the Council; however, the Council holds legal responsibility for maintaining the play area and is in the process of completing the legal transfer of ownership.

To support this requirement, we have procured under the framework agreement via YPO 1120 Framework Agreement - Design, Supply and Installation of Outdoor Sports Surfaces and Activity Equipment (Lot 2)
