Plumbing Room Workshop and Classroom Alterations at the Roundhouse Stephenson Building

DCG’s Estates team undertakes planned preventative maintenance each year to ensure that facilities meet required safety and operational standards to support Campus maintenance and operational activities. The intended outcome of the process is to determine the most advantageous tender (MAT) and select a single contractor to undertake the Plumbing Room Workshop & Classroom Alterations at the Stephenson Building on the Roundhouse Campus. Works are to be carried out in compliance with all applicable UK regulations, with particular regard to the operational demands of a Further Education campus environment.
