PM & RM 12 - Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier for the inspection, testing, maintenance, reactive response and reporting of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Councils portfolio of properties - this will include large leisure facilities and administrative centres.

Prior to initiating the procurement, LCCC wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process through a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise.
