Pre-Market Engagement – Japanese Port Agency Services

International Nuclear Services Limited (INS), trading as Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) is seeking to engage with suppliers who can provide port agency services in Japan in support of nuclear transport operations.

The requirement is expected to include but not limited to ship agency coordination, liaison with Japanese regulatory authorities, port and sub-agency management, and associated marine consultancy services supporting vessels operating in Japanese waters.

This notice is issued to identify capable suppliers and register market interest in advance of a potential future procurement.
