PMP 26 - Roof Replacement (Phase 1) to Horsforth Featherbank Primary School, Featherbank Ave, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 4QP

Description of Works Phase 1 - The works consist of replacement of Pitched slate roof and flat roof coverings with a new 3 layer insulated felt system with a 25-year warranty. After consultations it was agreed the first phase of the PMP 2026 programme would include - new works to slate roof R12, Dormer/flat roofs R16, R17 and flat roofs R15 & R19 Works include removal of existing slate roof and flat roof coverings. Slate roof strip back to timbers and retain min 50% good quality slate to be reinstated and installing a new 3 layer insulated felt system with 25-year warranty. Remove and replace treated timber soffit/fascia. Remove and replace cast iron hoppers, guttering and downpipes.
