The contractor is responsible for conducting annual inspections and tests across all listed properties, as well as carrying out minor repairs (e.g. replacing plugs, fuses, or fixing cables). They must also manage asset records, update equipment lists, and ensure all appliances are correctly labelled with test results, traceable asset numbers, and re-test dates..
