Pre-market engagement for Young People's Supported Accommodation - Mixed Service

The Young People's Supported Accommodation - Mixed Support service will be required to deliver to 15 young people between the age of 16 - 25 years. The supplier must include properties as part of their bid submission and each property will be required to have a capacity of no less than 5 units in Camden or within 2 miles of Camden's boundaries.

The properties used for the services must be owned by a registered social landlord. The landlord of the properties must be a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing and the properties offered must meet the Decent Homes Standard.

Suppliers must have at least 3 years' experience of delivering similar services to young people 16 -25 years.

We are re-procuring this service as we not able to award when it was previously advertised.

The market engagement event will take place on 3rd September, 14:00 - 15:00 via Microsoft Teams.
