Description
The York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA), Policing, Fire and Crime (PFC) directorate, is conducting a soft market testing to shape the future of a new Force Control Room Mental Health Service.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to understand the market's capability, capacity, innovation, and views regarding service delivery, particularly where providers may have limited or no direct access to mental health records or confidential health data.
Responses will be used to shape the future service specification and procurement approach. This exercise does not form part of any formal procurement process and participation will not influence any future tender evaluation.
