Description

Pool Re is seeking to establish it's first framework for the provision of Recruitment Services. The framework shall provide a consistent, transparent and governed approach to the sourcing of recruitment services, supporting Pool Re’s current and future workforce needs whilst ensuring compliance, quality and value for money.

The Recruitment Framework will support recruitment activity across the organisation and will be structured into 9 Lots as per departmental recruitment needs. The Lots are not exclusive, and Tenderers may bid to be appointed to one and/or more Lots.

It is intended that a maximum of three (3) Tenderers per Lot will be appointed to the Framework.

Lot 6Pool Re Solutions (PReS)Responsible for the delivery of Pool Re’s in‐house risk consulting and advisory capability. It includes the provision of qualitative and quantitative analysis of terrorism risk, development of risk management capabilities, research and advisory services, and support for underwriting, treaty development and strategic decision‐making. Roles may include risk consultants, terrorism threat analysts and specialist advisory professionals working with internal and external stakeholders.£1
Lot 7ITResponsible for the delivery, maintenance, and security of Pool Re’s technology environment. It includes infrastructure, applications, cyber security, data management, digital tools, and IT service management. Roles may include IT support, systems administration, information / cyber security specialist and digital transformation.£1
Lot 8Commercial ServicesThis function oversees procurement, contract management, and supplier assurance. It ensures compliance with public procurement regulations, manages commercial risk, supports contract lifecycle management, and delivers value for money. Roles may include procurement specialists, commercial business partners, and contract managers working closely with risk, legal, and operational teams.£1
Lot 9NEDs / Executive SearchThis category covers recruitment for Non‐Executive Directors, Executive Leadership roles, and other senior or specialist appointments.
