Preliminary Market Engagement: Customer Data Project

WCHG is seeking an experienced supplier to support the collection and verification of customer data across a minimum of 5,000 households, with the potential for further surveys and re-contact activity.

The supplier must deliver inclusive and empathetic customer engagement, achieve strong response rates (targeting over 60%), provide translation and safeguarding support, and ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance, auditability and reporting.

The solution should be scalable to meet future requirements and support WCHG in improving services and achieving equitable outcomes for residents.

The indicative contract duration is 12 months, from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027
