This specialist glazing is required due to the listed nature of the building and must be installed to obtain building control approval.

The particular type of secondary glazing specified by Historical Environments Divisions (HED) is only manufactured by a single supplier in the UK (Selectaglaze) and there is only a single local approved by licence, (APG)
